The Verizon Small Biz Rewards program is not taking on any new members.

Rewards points earning ended January 31, 2020.

Fios Internet and TV, Basic Internet, Business Digital Voice, and XO Services customers:

On April 21, 2020, the Verizon Small Biz Rewards program will end for small business customers who are purchasing wireline services that do not qualify for a one-time program extension including: Fios Internet, Fios TV, Basic Internet, Business Digital Voice, and XO Services. For Small Biz Rewards members purchasing these services, all unredeemed points will expire April 21, 2020 and the program will close. 

Landline Voice Services customers:

On July 21, 2020, the Verizon Small Biz Rewards program will end for all small business customers. Only members purchasing Landline Voice Services qualify for a one-time bonus points award and one-time extension of the program to end July 21, 2020..

What happens to my points when the program ends?

When the program ends, any points remaining automatically expire and there will be no more points to redeem. Prior to program end, points continue to expire the same way they always have, i.e. one year from award date, so be sure to redeem them before the program ends.

Can I still redeem my points the same way?

Yes; if you have any remaining points, you can still redeem for activities like Gift Cards, and Visa® Prepaid card at smallbizrewards.verizon.com/my-rewards.

How does the Small Biz Rewards Program Work?

On July 21, 2020, the Verizon Small Biz Rewards program will end for all small business customers. Only members purchasing Landline Voice Services qualify for a one-time extension of the program to end July 21, 2020.

Verizon Small Biz Rewards Program ("Rewards Program") is a no-cost points-based program available to Verizon Small Business customers that have Landline Voice Services, Basic Internet, Fios Internet Service(s) and/or Fios TV, Business Digital Voice in select areas where Verizon provides local exchange, broadband and/or in the following states: MA, RI, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA and DC (“Eligible Verizon Customers”). This Rewards Program is also available to customers receiving XO Services, with the exception of XO website hosting services, domain name services and other related services (“Eligible XO Customers”). Federal, state and local government agencies and educational organizations are not eligible for the Rewards Program.

What are qualified charges?

Prior to program end, rewards points for qualified services are earned as follows: one (1) point for each dollar paid for Qualified Charges, as defined below, up to a maximum amount of $750 per month, meaning, you may have earned up to 750 points during any given month.

Qualified bill charges include Landline Voice Services, including local usage and regional toll and long-distance toll usage, centrex and calling feature charges such as call waiting and call forwarding. They also include Business Digital Voice, Basic Internet, Fios Internet, and Fios TV.

Qualified charges exclude time and material charges; enhanced service charges; maintenance service charges; directory advertising charges; finance charges; annual or fractional charges; late payment charges; insurance charges; refund check fees; bounced payment check fees; all Local, State and Federal taxes and surcharges; 911, relay service and regulatory fee recovery charges and other surcharges; 700/900 service charges and Audiotex service charges.

How do I earn points?

Rewards points earning ended January 31, 2020.

Members in the Small Biz Rewards program earn 1 point per $1 they spend on their qualified monthly Verizon charges. Points earned from your billed charges have a maximum earning cap of $750 or 750 points per month.

How do I redeem my points?

Be sure to redeem your points for a gift card or Visa® Prepaid card before the program ends. Any points remaining at program end will automatically expire.

Redeeming your points is easy. Once you log into your Small Biz Rewards account, you can browse the rewards at smallbizrewards.verizon.com/my-rewards. Add rewards to your shopping cart and follow the prompts to check out.

How do I log into Small Biz Rewards?

Log in to your My Business Account at https://business.verizon.com/MyBusinessAccount and click the “Redeem now” banner.

If you are an XO services customer, your myXO login information gives you access into Small Biz Rewards. Log in through the myXO portal at portal.xo.com and click the “Redeem now” banner. If you have trouble accessing your myXO account, please contact the myXO Customer Care team at 800-424-0583.

What if I'm having a problem redeeming my points?

If you're having difficulty redeeming on the Small Biz Rewards site, please call our Customer Support Center at 1-866-576-7595. A Customer Service Representative will be available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM ET.

When will I receive my reward?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of gift cards. If your reward has not been delivered within the allotted timeline please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-866-576-7595. A Customer Service Representative will be available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM ET.

What if my reward is defective?

Please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-866-576-7595 if you receive a defective reward.

How do I use my Verizon Visa® Prepaid card?

Your Visa® Prepaid card will be mailed to you via first class. Allow 2-3 weeks for receipt. Enjoy your reward by shopping online or in-store wherever Visa credit/debt is accepted. The customer service website listed on the back of your card provides balance information, spend history and more.

How do I update my member account profile (ex. name, title, address, email, contact number)?

Once you log into your Small Biz Rewards account, go to smallbizrewards.verizon.com/my-profile. Underneath your name and image on the My Profile page, from the “Make changes to my account” menu select “Update my information”. Enter your updates and then click “Update profile” to save your edits.

If the name or address is incorrect on your member account you must first change your name or address with the Verizon billing department. After you receive a copy of your bill with the updated name or address, please call our Customer Care Center at 866.576.7595 to make the update to your Small Biz Rewards Account. Note that you may be asked to provide a copy of your bill with the updated information.

If you are a myXO customer, you must update this information by logging in to the myXO customer portal at https://portal.xo.com, or by calling myXO customer care at 800 424-0583.

Why is my account inactive?

There are two instances in which your account can become inactive:

  • Your Verizon Business Account or myXO services account has not had any billed activity in the past 3 months
  • You or another authorized person has requested to un-enroll from the program.

When will my points expire?

Points earned in Small Biz Rewards expire 12 months from the month in which they were posted to your account. Any points remaining when the Small Biz Rewards program ends will automatically expire, regardless of when they were earned, so be sure to redeem them prior to program end.

I've lost my reward or it was stolen. What do I do?

In order to replace your missing reward, you will need to download, print, fill out, sign and fax back this affidavit to 1.888.721.4072. Please allow up to 5 days for one of our rewards representatives to start the process for a new reward or to contact you with further details. Access the affidavit here.

It has been four or more weeks and I have still not received my reward. What do I do?
