How does the Small Biz Rewards Program Work?

Verizon Small Biz Rewards is a no-cost points-based program available to Verizon Small Business customers that have LEC, Business Internet, Fios Internet service(s) and/or FIOS TV, Business Digital Voice in select areas where Verizon provides local exchange, broadband and/or in the following states: MA, RI, NY, NJ, PA, DE, MD, VA and DC. Verizon Small Business customers must enroll in the program at https://smallbizrewards.verizon.com to be eligible to earn points.

To maintain eligibility, Small Biz Rewards members must comply with all program rules, terms and conditions.

As a reward for being a Verizon small business customer and a Verizon Small Biz Rewards member, your points can be redeemed for:

  • Gift cards to popular dining, office supply and retail stores
  • Reloadable Verizon Small Biz Rewards Prepaid MasterCard®

Point earnings based on monthly charges are capped at 500 per month. Program terms apply.

What are qualified charges?

Qualified bill charges include Landline Voice Services, including local usage and regional toll and long distance toll usage, centrex and calling feature charges such as call waiting and call forwarding. They also include Business Digital Voice, Business Internet (all speeds), FiOS Internet - all speeds, and FiOS TV.

Qualified charges exclude: time and material charges; enhanced service charges; maintenance service charges; directory advertising charges; finance charges; annual or fractional charges; late payment charges; insurance charges; refund check fees; bounced payment check fees; all Local, State and Federal taxes and surcharges; 911, relay service and regulatory fee recovery charges and other surcharges; 700/900 service charges and Audiotex service charges.

How do I enroll in Small Biz Rewards?

Enrollment is easy, and there is no enrollment cost. Login to your My Business Account and look for the "Join Now" banner on the homepage. Click the "Join Now" SBR bannerand follow the prompts to register instantly to SBR. 

How do I earn points?

Members in the Small Biz Rewards program earn 1 point per $1 spent on their qualified monthly Verizon charges. Points earned from your billed charges have a maximum earning cap of $500 or 500 points per month. Members also earn points from activities promoted on the Small Biz Rewards site.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is easy. Once you log into your Small Biz Rewards account, you can browse the rewards at smallbizrewards.verizon.com/my-rewards. Add rewards to your shopping cart and follow the prompts to check out.

What if I have forgotten my password or am having difficulty accessing my account?

Please sign in via My Business Account if you have an established My Business Account. There is online help for My Business Account User ID and Password issues at https://business.verizon.com. You can also call 1-844-214-5731 8A-11P ET M-F & 8A-5P ET Sat/Sun for My Business Account support.

What if I'm having a problem redeeming my points?

If you're having difficulty redeeming on the Small Biz Rewards site, please call our Customer Support Center at 1-866-576-7595. A Customer Service Representative will be available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM ET.

When will I receive my reward?

Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of gift cards. If your reward has not been delivered within the allotted timeline please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-866-576-7595. A Customer Service Representative will be available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM ET.

How can I add additional Business Telephone Numbers to my account?

Once you log into your Small Biz Rewards account, go to smallbizrewards.verizon.com/my-profile. Underneath your name and image on the My Profile page, from the “Make changes to my account” menu select “View my BTNs”. Then, click “Add a new number” and follow the prompts. Business telephone numbers must be located in the same state to add to an existing account or a new Small Biz Rewards account must be established.

What if my reward is defective?

Please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-866-576-7595 if you receive a defective reward.

How does the Reloadable Verizon Small Biz Rewards Prepaid MasterCard® work?

You can reload your Verizon Small Biz Rewards Prepaid MasterCard® through the rewards site with a minimum reload value of $5.00 or 500 points.

Minimum redemption is 500 points for a $5 card. Maximum redemption is 20,000 points for a $200 card. Limit one card per Rewards Account.

Reward card is issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to license by MasterCard International Incorporated. MasterCard is a registered trademark of MasterCard International Incorporated. Cards are issued in connection with a loyalty, reward or promotion program. Card does not have cash access and can be used wherever Debit MasterCard is accepted. Card valid for up to 36 months, funds may be available after card expiration date, monthly card account management and post-expiration card re-issuance fees may apply, subject to applicable law. How do I find the balance on my Verizon Small Biz Rewards Prepaid MasterCard®?

How do I update my member account profile (ex. name, title, address, email, contact number)?

Once you log into your Small Biz Rewards account, go to smallbizrewards.verizon.com/my-profile. Underneath your name and image on the My Profile page, from the “Make changes to my account” menu select “Update my information”. Enter your updates and then click “Update profile” to save your edits.

If the name or address is incorrect on your member account you must submit a written request to permanently update this information. In order to update this information we ask that you first change your name or address with the Verizon billing department. After you receive a copy of the bill with the updated name or address, please fax the bill, along with your request on company letterhead, signed by a person authorizing this change at your company (i.e., Owner, President, Vice President, Supervisor) to 1.888.721.4072. Once received, this information will be updated within 1-3 business days.

Why is my account inactive?

There are two instances in which your account can become inactive:

  • Your Verizon Business Account has not had any billed activity in the past 3 months
  • You or another authorized person has requested to un-enroll from the program

When will my points expire?

Points earned in Small Biz Rewards expire 12 months from the month in which they were posted to your account.

I've lost my reward or it was stolen. What do I do?

In order to replace your missing reward, you will need to download, print, fill out, sign and fax back this affidavit to 1.888.721.4072. Please allow up to 5 days for one of our rewards representatives to start the process for a new reward or to contact you with further details. Access the affidavit here.

Where are my points for attending a webinar?

In order to receive points for live webinar attendance, members will need to register with the telephone number associated with their Small Biz Rewards account. Points for attending Verizon Small Business Webinars may take up to 30 days to post to the account. If the points have not been posted to the account within 30 days, please contact our Customer Support Center at 1-866-576-7595. A Customer Service Representative will be available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8AM - 6PM ET.
